Work-Life Balance: Improve Your Quality of Life

Do you have work-life balance? Most people would say, “No.” Some would even say that work-life balance is impossible. But why? Why do we feel that it’s impossible? Probably because we try to combat imbalance solely with self-care…and that just isn’t enough.

Balance occurs through self-care plus community-care, where we are looking out for each other’s well-being, not just our own. Supervisors, administrators/executives, and work culture all play a MAJOR role in an employee’s ability to achieve work-life balance. Employees are leaving their jobs more than ever because the pandemic has opened their eyes to what is most important…quality of life!
